Never Underestimate the Quiet People

Never underestimate the quiet people.

The ones who observe more than they speak.

The ones who, when they do speak, surprise you with their knowledge, smarts and skills.

Sure, I may be biased because I am one of the quiet ones. Yet more and more, I find this to be a common theme within my personal and professional circles.

With encouragement, practice, a clear purpose, and support, the quiet person will speak up. And when they do, watch out.

The following videos have been making their way around social media. These quiet, nervous, shy contestants surprised judges, audiences, and people around the world with their strong voices.

If you need a little inspiration or a boost of positivity today, check out these videos.

Hello Stacey! Just watched the Christopher Maloney video, and am sitting here weeping like a baby. What a fantastic clip! Do you know what happened as he went further in the show? Thanks for sharing!
