Comedy & Conversation

stacey comedy 2.jpg

A little relief for people who spend their days caring for others*.

Does you're audience need a laugh, a show of appreciation, or a reminder that their work matters - and that they do, too?

Comedy & Conversation brings something different, fun, and insightful to your conference, company off-site, team building or leadership retreat, fundraiser, or networking event.

These live programs start with up to15 minutes of clean stand-up comedy tailored to your audience, followed by a facilitated conversation (panel or large group) around one of the topics below. Laughter, learning, levity, and most importantly - no PowerPoint.

The result is an unexpected experience that energizes instead of exhausts and leaves people feeling lighter, braver, and less alone.

*Healthcare workers, nonprofit professionals, family caregivers and others on the "front line of care".

Stress & Burnout

When life and work feel like a lot, it's time to lighten up. Not only will you chuckle about the stressors in your life, you'll learn, practice and have honest conversations about how to better "deal with yourself". Because crying alone in the car isn't sustainable.

Presence & Visibility

Hiding may keep you safe, but it's isolating. Let's talk about (and laugh at) ways to show up as the smart, awkward (not social media curated) humans we are - at a networking event, during a presentation, in a meeting, socially, anywhere - even when life feels heavy. Because your presence isn't "too much" or "not enough", it's a gift.

Humor as a Coping Tool

When writing in your gratitude journal isn't cutting it, learn to use humor to process hard things and make sense of life's twists and turns. For people who take their work, not themselves, seriously. Because toxic positivity is infuriating.
